Skills in Blood Anima - Huntress(And Stats)

Im playing the hunteress(Lon Femina) class and before the Blood Anima update i had an MP consuming arrow skill, and coudl buy skills from an NPC.
But now since the update. i have No clue on how to up skill points or advance the skills in the game now.

how does the skil system work now with the update?

Also Stats, how do i improve or change stats?

Ive clicked just about eveyr button and item in my inventory and windows and still cant seem to trigger anything.
this is all very very confusing.
