I need help

I 'm playing Priusonline in taiwan

but i can't read it

Last day I play in ARENA

and some BUG make my name " RED "

I din't kill anyone out of town I just kill my friend in ARENA

and then ARENA end I have RED name

But I don't Know How to Fix it to basic name ( white )

plz. tell me the way to do
