Black Lion Mount

I was playing on the Japanese server and I received this mount in my mailbox when I got to lvl 11. I was wondering if anyone that knows any Japanese... can tell me if this mount has a limited duration or if I can use it forever XD?

I also wanted to know if this is available on the Taiwan server and how can you get it?

The black lion is a cash shop mount (time limited) in the Taiwan server.

The one you are mounting on the Jap server says it is time limited too (about 3 days left).
