in the left side its show me warcraft hell tittle so i guess it was dun left from sol by the same tittle , but i cant enter it since it shows me its only lv 40 dun , so what am i missing ?

it seems this quest requires you to enter hero grave.

It ask you to kill the ruler of the Hero Grave and get a certain drop from it.
The 1st orange word is the area's name.
2nd is the name of the boss that you need to kill.
the 3rd is the name of the item you need to get.
