《My own build》
This is the build I am using now as I am going for Rider(bow type) for 2nd job.
I will briefly explain why I choose to strengthen some of the various skills.

連續射擊(Rapid Shot)：Training & Proficiency ＭＡＸ (your main atk skill for a bow user)
要害攻擊(Fatal Blow)：Proficiency ＭＡＸ (for stun purpose, so I am only using Lv 1 of it to save mp usage)
封喉(Laryngeal Closure)：Training & Proficiency ＭＡＸ (good dmg dealer & finisher)
灑網(Sprinkle Net)：Training & Proficiency ＭＡＸ (hold for 20s and CD 30s, very good in keeping mobs away. Especially poison using mobs)
快速攻擊(Fast Attack)：Training & Proficiency ＭＡＸ(inc ur atk spd by a lot for 40s, with CD reduced to 200s so u can cast it more frequently)
獵人勳章(Hunter's Medal)：Training ＭＡＸ (faster atk spd is good as our hunter atk is slow)
派蜜娜的本能(The instinct of Lon Femina)：Training ＭＡＸ (evades are good for soloing but doesn't work effectively against mobs higher than ur lvl)
伺機(Opportunistic)：Training ＭＡＸ(crit is very good for hunter)

5 skill points for 10 stats, why not? It is a good trade
靈敏(Agile)：Training ＭＡＸ
頭腦覺醒(Mind Awakening)：Training ＭＡＸ
體力鍛鍊(Stamina Building)：Training ＭＡＸ
敏銳感知(Acumen)：Training ＭＡＸ

I am still wondering whether should I add for the below skills? They do save ur butt when u are mobbed by enemies.
箭風暴(Arrow Storm)：Proficiency ＭＡＸ (I added this, with 30s CD....i will be able to use it more frequently)
鳳凰升天(Phoenix Ascension)：Proficiency ＭＡＸ (Haven't added this yet)
